EDITOR'S NOTICE
Chapter 482 of the 2013 Acts of Assembly abolishes the Department of Minority Business Enterprise and the Department of Business Assistance effective January 1, 2014, and creates the Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity.
The act transfers the regulations adopted by the Director of the Department of Minority Business Enterprise to the Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity.
Regulations in effect as of July 1, 2013, and that pertain to the subject of the act remain in full force and effect until altered, amended, or rescinded by the Director of the Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (7VAC13).
