Section 130. Requirement for planning study

Article 3. Planning Study

A locality proposing a new construction, enlargement or renovation project which exceeds the nature, scope or cost of projects specified in 6VAC15-80-160 shall prepare and submit for approval a Planning Study in accordance with this article. Documents which may be used for guidance in developing facility design are available upon request from the Department of Corrections, Division of Planning and Engineering Services.
