A. The Community-Based Corrections Plan shall be reviewed for compliance with these standards by the Department of Corrections and Department of Criminal Justice Services.
B. The board shall evaluate the Community-Based Corrections Plan to determine whether the plan complies with these standards and validates the need for the construction, enlargement or renovation project for which reimbursement is requested. The board may approve the Community-Based Corrections Plan as presented. The board may also require amendments or it may deny approval.
