Section 150. When modification may be granted

The administrator shall have the power upon request in specific cases to authorize modification of this chapter so as to permit certain specified alternatives where the objectives of this law can still be fulfilled. Such request shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by the plans, specifications and other information necessary for an adequate evaluation of the modification requested.
