Section 1180. Temperature measuring devices; food

Latest version.

A. Food temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Fahrenheit or dually scaled in Fahrenheit and Celsius shall be scaled in 2°F increments and accurate to ±2°F in the intended range of use.^Pf

B. Food temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Celsius shall be scaled in 1°C increments accurate to ±1°C in the intended range of use.^Pf
