PROFESSIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL LICENSINGBOARD FOR BARBERS AND COSMETOLOGYChapter 50Final RegulationREGISTRAR'S NOTICE: The Board for Barbers and Cosmetology is claiming an exemption from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act in accordance with § 2.2-4006 A 6 of the Code of Virginia, which excludes regulations of the regulatory boards served by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation pursuant to Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia that are limited to reducing fees charged to regulants and applicants. The Board for Barbers and Cosmetology will receive, consider, and respond to petitions by any interested person at any time with respect to reconsideration or revision.

18VAC41-40. Wax Technician Regulations (amending 18VAC41-40-120).
18VAC41-50. Tattooing Regulations (amending 18VAC41-50-130).
18VAC41-60. Body-Piercing Regulations (amending 18VAC41-60-90).
18VAC41-70. Esthetics Regulations (amending 18VAC41-70-120).

Summary:
