    Title of Regulation: 4VAC20-200. Pertaining to the Requirements for Reporting Oyster Transactions and Payment of Taxes (repealing 4VAC20-200-10 through 4VAC20-200-50).

    Statutory Authority: § 28.2-201 of the Code of Virginia.

    Effective Date: July 1, 2013.

    Summary:
