The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations promulgated at Subpart DDDD (Emissions Guidelines and Compliance Times for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units) of 40 CFR Part 60 and designated in subsection B of this section are incorporated by reference into this article.
