Section 910. Compliance supplement pool budget for years 2004 and 2005

Latest version.

For use in each control period for the years 2004 and 2005, the total number of NO_x tons apportioned to all NO_x Budget units for use as a compliance supplement pool is the number of NO_x tons specified for the Commonwealth of Virginia in Appendix D to 40 CFR Part 97.
