Section 390. Statewide right to inspection and entry

  • Upon presentation of credentials the board, or any duly authorized agent, shall have the power to enter, at reasonable times and under reasonable circumstances, any establishment or upon any property, public or private, located anywhere in the Commonwealth for the purposes of obtaining information, conducting surveys or inspections, or inspecting wells and springs to ensure compliance with any permits, standards, policies, rules, regulations, rulings and special orders which the board or department may adopt, issue or establish to carry out the provisions of the Ground Water Management Act of 1992 and this chapter.
