Section 40. Permitting and inspection requirements for all UST systems

In all instances of installation, upgrade, repair and closure where a UST system is constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired or closed all UST systems must be permitted and inspected in accordance with 9VAC25-580-50, 9VAC25-580-60, 9VAC25-580-110, 9VAC25-580-160, 9VAC25-580-170, 9VAC25-580-310 and 9VAC25-580-320.
