Section 750. Incorporation of federal regulations

Latest version.

The following federal regulations are hereby incorporated into this chapter:

1. 40 CFR Part 403, Appendix B - E, and Appendix G.

2. 40 CFR Part 136, Guidelines for Establishing Test Procedures for the Analysis of Pollutants.
