Article 2. Community-Based Corrections Plan

A locality or localities proposing new construction, enlargement or renovation of a jail project which results in a net increase of available beds (reference § 53.1-82.1 of the Code of Virginia) shall prepare and submit for approval a Community-Based Corrections Plan in accordance with this section.
