Article 3. Changes During Project Development

If, during the project development stage, any substantive change in the scope of the project, any increase in the estimated cost of construction, or any change in the security staff requirements occurs, the review process shall be suspended until the project is resubmitted to the board for further review and possible change in the status of reimbursement recommendation.
