Section 1000. Recreation

Latest version.

A minimum of 600 square feet of space shall be provided for indoor or outdoor recreation where inmates are to be held in the facility for more than 20 hours per day on a regular basis. If the recreation space is outdoors it shall be fenced in accordance with 6VAC15-80-990.
