A. In accordance with § 66-10.1 of the Code of Virginia, the Human Research Review Committee shall submit to the Governor, the General Assembly, and the director at least annually a report on human research projects approved by the committee and the status of such research, including any significant deviation from the proposals as approved.
B. The Human Research Review Committee shall also annually submit to the Board of Juvenile Justice the same report as required by subsection A of this section.
