Section 910. Seismic testing and evaluation

Latest version.

Seismic testing and evaluation to determine compliance with blasting regulations shall:

1. Utilize acceptable instrumentation which measures ground vibration, airblast and vibration frequency when applicable;

2. Be conducted and analyzed by a qualified person; and

3. Be conducted whenever directed by the division.
