Section 90. Case assessment

  • After establishing a case record, the department shall (i) assess the case information to determine if sufficient information to establish or enforce a child support obligation is available and verified, (ii) attempt to obtain additional case information if the information is not sufficient, (iii) gather all relevant documents, and (iv) verify case information which is not verified.
