EDITOR'S NOTICE
Based on enactments 13-17 of Chapters 803 and 835 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly, the Human Rights Council is abolished as of July 1, 2012.
Responsibility for investigative functions of the council is transferred to the Office of the Attorney General.
Enactment 17 transfers regulations adopted by the Human Rights Council to the Department of Law. Regulations promulgated by the Human Rights Council shall remain in full force and effect until regulations are promulgated by the Department of Law, 1VAC45.
