EDITOR'S NOTICE
Chapters 803 and 835 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly merged the Board for Geology with the Board of Professional Soil Scientists and Wetland Professionals to create the Board of Professional Soil Scientists, Wetland Professionals, and Geologists, 18VAC145, and provide that all rules and regulations adopted by the Board for Geology that are in effect as of the effective date of this act shall remain in full force and effect until amended or rescinded by the Board for Professional Soil Scientists, Wetland Professionals, and Geologists.
