Section 220. Hours of instruction and performances

A. Curriculum and performance requirements shall be offered over a minimum of 1,500 clock hours for barbering and cosmetology, and 150 clock hours for nail care.
B. The curriculum requirements for barbering must include the following minimum performances:
Hair and scalp treatments

Hair styling

Tinting

Bleaching and frosting

Temporary rinses
10
Semi-permanent color
10
Cold permanent waving or chemical relaxing

Hair shaping

Wig care, styling, placing on model

Finger waving and thermal waving
