Section 150. Good manufacturing practices

Part III. Manufacturers

A. The Good Manufacturing Practice for Finished Pharmaceuticals regulations set forth in 21 CFR Part 211 are adopted by reference.

B. Each manufacturer of drugs shall comply with the requirements set forth in the federal regulations referred to in subsection A of this section.
