Section 20. Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in these regulations, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Commission" means the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission.

"Peer review committee" means the appropriate regional peer review committee for a designated health systems area.
