Latest version.
  • The following regulations, Recording and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses (29 CFR 1904 et seq.), are applicable in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Since these regulations for recording and reporting occupational injuries and illnesses are identical to federal regulations and are available elsewhere, the Virginia Code Commission excluded the text of these regulations from the Virginia Administrative Code.

For a summary of the effect of amendments, the adoption of new regulations, the repeal of a regulation, or the stay of an effective date, and for a table of the VOSH terms equivalent to the federal terms for each regulation, see the Virginia Register volume and issue (VA.R.) following the effective date of the regulation.
