  • The following Shipyard Employment Standards (29 CFR 1915 et seq.) are applicable in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

    The regulations which have been published in the Virginia Register of Regulations are shown with the corresponding VR numbers on the table below.

    Since the Shipyard Employment Standards applicable in the Commonwealth are identical to the federal regulations and are available elsewhere, the Virginia Code Commission excluded the text of these regulations from the Virginia Administrative Code.
