Section 60. Continuing responsibility of insurers

Written notice shall be given within 45 days to the Bureau of Insurance if another regulatory body withdraws approval of a policy form which has been approved by, or is pending for approval by, the Bureau of Insurance for the reason that the form contains one or more provisions deemed to be misleading, deceptive or contrary to public policy.
