Section 10. Applicability

This chapter implements Chapter 27.3 (§ 55-525.16 et seq.) of Title 55 of the Code of Virginia and applies to all title insurance agents, title insurance agencies, and title insurance companies providing escrow, closing, or settlement services involving the purchase of or lending on the security of any real property in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
