Section 70. Penalties

Latest version.

The failure by an insurer, health services plan or health maintenance organization, unless exempt pursuant to 14VAC5-190-20 B, to file a substantially complete and accurate report as required by this chapter by the required date may be considered a willful violation and is subject to an appropriate penalty in accordance with §§ 38.2-218 and 38.2-219 of the Code of Virginia.
