Section 650. Objectives of a waterworks

A. The objectives of a waterworks are:

1. The production of pure water; and

2. The production of water appealing to the consumer.

B. To reach the objectives of a waterworks, finished water quality shall conform with Article 1 of Part II of this chapter.
