Section 2360. Mobile water tank approved materials

Article 3. Mobile Water Tank and Mobile Food Establishment Water Tank

Materials that are used in the construction of a mobile water tank, mobile food establishment water tank, and appurtenances shall be:

1. Safe;^P

2. Durable, corrosion resistant, and nonabsorbent; and

3. Finished to have a smooth, easily cleanable surface.
