Article 3. Physical Environment of Residential/Inpatient Service Locations

A. The provider shall not operate more beds than the number for which its service location or locations are licensed.

B. A community ICF/MR may not have more than 12 beds at any one location. This applies to new applications for services and not to existing services or locations licensed prior to December 7, 2011.
