Section 410. Hearings for applicants and recipients

The Medicaid agency has a system of hearings that meets all the requirements of 42 CFR 431, Subpart E.

No termination of coverage under § 1925 shall be effective earlier than 10 days after the date of mailing of the notice required by § 1925(b)(3)(B).
