The Virginia Health Planning Board was abolished and its regulations transferred to the Board of Health by Chapter 83 of the 2002 Acts of Assembly. The board's regulations remain in force unless they are amended, modified or repealed by the Virginia Board of Health. See 12VAC5 for Department of Health regulations.
